Death from Above

Started as a b/w sketch of an assassin character and i got carried away. Was messing around with brushes which ended up with the trails of red from the daggers, as if blood was oozing from the.

It almost looks like he's suspended in liquid as he jumps through the air, a split second before making the the killing blow.
